Final placement, layout, logo size, and design integration are determined by Event Management.

🌟 Premier Sponsor — $5,000

Limited Availability

The Premier Sponsor level provides the highest tier of Event recognition.

Includes all Gold Sponsor benefits, plus:

⭐ Sponsor name and logo printed on 2,500 official Expo show bags distributed to attendees
⭐ Highest-level recognition across Event marketing platforms
⭐ Prominent logo placement at Event entrances and throughout the Expo footprint

Premier sponsorship is limited to preserve visibility and value. “Premier” refers to sponsorship tier and does not guarantee category exclusivity unless expressly stated in writing.

🥇 Gold Sponsor — $3,000

Includes all Silver Sponsor benefits, plus:

  • Prominent logo placement on Event banners

  • Increased visibility in designated high-traffic areas

🥈 Silver Sponsor — $2,000

Includes all Bronze Sponsor benefits, plus:

  • Enhanced logo placement online and in printed materials

  • Priority booth or activation space selection, subject to availability

🥉 Bronze Sponsor — $1,000

Includes:

  • Booth or activation space in a high-traffic area

  • Logo recognition on the Expo website

  • Name and logo included in printed Event materials

  • Recognition on Event entrance signage

📌 Sponsorship Notes

  • Sponsor locations are assigned in high-traffic areas at Event Management’s discretion

  • Indoor or outdoor placement is based on availability and operational needs

  • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable

  • All recognition, placement, and design elements are subject to Event Management approval

  • Custom sponsorship opportunities may be available upon request
